Hi, I'm Lauren! I’m a wife, mom of three, and physical therapist. I completed my undergraduate degree at Western Kentucky University and earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University. I’ve always called Louisville home, and outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, and outdoor adventures. Physical therapy initially drew me in because it gave me the opportunity to inspire movement in others as a way to improve, adapt, and heal. Over the past five years, my career has evolved to include a special focus on caring for patients diagnosed with breast cancer. Working with this incredible population has allowed me to help patients improve strength, tissue mobility, swelling, and other physical effects associated with various treatments and recovery. More recently, my passion for caring for women throughout the lifespan has expanded into pelvic health. I love being able to combine these areas of practice to help patients better understand their bodies, take an active role in their recovery, and feel more confident in their health.

Empowering others to have greater control over their health and recovery in a truly personalized environment is a passion of mine and ultimately what drew me to creating Uplift Physical Therapy & Wellness.

Hi, I’m Jessica! I’m a physical therapist with more than five years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Bellarmine University, where I was also a member of the women’s basketball team. During my time as an athlete, I experienced injuries of my own and saw firsthand the impact physical therapy can have on recovery. Those experiences sparked my passion for helping others regain strength, confidence, and the ability to do what they love. I later went on to earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University. My clinical background includes orthopedic and postoperative rehabilitation, with additional training in dry needling, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and pregnancy and postpartum care. I enjoy working with athletes and active individuals, as well as supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and other stages of life. As a wife and mom of two girls, I understand how easy it can be to put your own health on the back burner. I believe physical therapy should be personal, and I strive to provide one-on-one care where you feel heard, supported, and confident in your recovery.

I’m excited to be part of Uplift Physical Therapy & Wellness and to help you feel stronger, move with confidence, and get back to doing what you love.

Hi, I’m Mary! I’m a wife, mom, and physical therapist with a passion for connecting with others and helping people feel their best! I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville and my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University. I was drawn to physical therapy from a young age because of a strong desire to help others. I loved the idea of a career that would allow me to build meaningful relationships with people while helping them improve their quality of life, and that continues to be one of my favorite parts of being a physical therapist today. My clinical background includes orthopedics, neurologic rehabilitation, vestibular and concussion care, and women’s health. I especially enjoy treating dizziness and balance disorders and helping people regain confidence in their movement and everyday lives. My own experience with pregnancy and childbirth brought a new perspective to my career and sparked a special interest in pregnancy care and birth preparation. It deepened my appreciation for the role physical therapy can play in helping women better understand their bodies, prepare physically for labor and delivery, and approach birth feeling informed, strong, and confident. I truly value individualized care and meaningful patient relationships. I want every person I treat to feel heard, supported, and cared for, and I genuinely believe I have the best job in the world!
